Krigger
and Bernhard deliver and install grinders for use at Penn State
Turf Plots in January of 2005. These machines will be an integral part
of a new study using walking greens mowers and comparing the differences
between mowers that are sharpened on a regular basis and another set of
mowers that are only backlapped during the season.
Tom Hurst from Bernhard Co., manufacturers
of the Express Dual and Anglemaster grinders, was on hand at Penn State
University along with Sam Bohinc of Krigger & Company to install the
newly donated grinders for use at the Turf Plots and to train the Penn
State personnel on their proper use.
