Our parts
department is currently seeking a high energy,
highly organized, dedicated person to manage the
parts department.
Computer skills and a minimum of 2 years
parts
management
experience a must. Knowledge of Part Smart a plus!
Ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and
communication skills and a strong ability to
multi-task. You must be detail oriented and be able
to manage time efficiently while operating in a fast
paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Managing parts
department staff, and provide periodic performance
reviews.
*
Ensure total customer satisfaction. Manage daily
operations of parts
department to ensure a standard of customer service
that exceeds customer and
management expectations.
*
Timely vendor paperwork. Maintain vendor order back
log, and ensure vendor returns are done in a timely
manner.
*
Communication with accounting department regarding
vendor purchase orders, invoicing and credits.
*
Ensure incoming orders are checked in and
distributed in a timely manner. Notification to the
service department of
parts receipts.
*
Be proactive in developing and prospecting new
customer accounts. Maintaining continuous contact.
*
Conduct periodic inventory cycle counts (physical
inventory).
*
Handle customer complaints.
