retail customers and landscape contractors? Do you develop a following of

Krigger
PowerCut is the residential/commercial division of Krigger & Company.
We are a full-line retailer of lawn maintenance equipment including the
Husqvarna, Scag, Hustler and Eastman brands. We are also an
authorized service center for Briggs & Stratton, Honda Engines, Kohler
Engines, Tecumseh Engines and Kawasaki Engines.
We are looking for one good individual to act as salesperson
and manager who will
perform a variety of daily tasks which might include:

Assisting customers in our
showroom (and via telephone) with equipment sales, parts sales or
service needs.

Demonstrating equipment to
customers as needed, including Zero-Turn mowers, riding mowers,
walk-behind mowers, chainsaws, blowers, rototillers, etc.

Prospecting for new customers
(cold-calling and follow-up) and directing other sales personnel.

Purchasing, receiving, and control of equipment inventory
-
Assisting our customers in the
financing process (taking finance applications and processing
paperwork, etc.), and actively seeking other financing sources to
use in selling our equipment.

Assisting customers in looking up
parts for equipment.

Maintaining our showroom
(includes stocking, cleaning, merchandising, etc.)

Working with other departments in the company, including service and
parts, to exceed our customer's expectations.

Develop a marketing strategy with creative advertising and direct
mail ideas.

Work
with vendors to take advantage of their buying and stocking programs
that best meets our needs.
